3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at pp999, you must provide accurate personal information in the registration form. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at pp999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. In some cases, additional documentation may be requested, which may temporarily extend the withdrawal processing time.

4.3 Transaction Limits

pp999 reserves the right to set maximum transaction limits on any account. Accounts may be reviewed in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at pp999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer is subject to its own terms and conditions.
  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, pp999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the account without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
  • pp999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

Any bet confirmed on pp999 will be considered final. Cancellation or modification after bet confirmation is not possible unless a technical error is proven. pp999 reserves the right to void transactions executed based on incorrectly displayed odds or information caused by a technical error.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

pp999 operates a safe and reliable platform and uses SSL encryption to secure all transactions. We follow transparent gaming practices to ensure fair play. Any form of cheating, use of bots, software manipulation, or other dishonest methods is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Account Termination & Fund Seizure

pp999 may terminate an account and seize funds for any of the following reasons:

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Using a third-party payment method.
  • Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
  • Money laundering or other illegal activities.

7 VIP Program & Cashback

pp999's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity on the platform. Cashback is paid at a set time each week and may also be subject to applicable wagering requirements. pp999 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
