Account Security Tips
Follow the steps below to keep your pp999 account secure. Following these guidelines significantly reduces the risk of your account being hacked or misused.
Strong Password
Create a password of at least 8 characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Never use your date of birth or simple words.
Use a Personal Device
Always log in from your own phone or computer. If you use a public computer or someone else's device, make sure to log out after you are done.
Never Share Your Password
No pp999 staff or support team member will ever ask for your password. If anyone does, it is a phishing attempt — report it to support immediately.
Change Your Password Regularly
Make it a habit to change your password every 3 to 6 months. Instead of reusing an old password, choose a completely new one each time.
Verify the Correct Website
Before logging in, check the URL in your browser's address bar to confirm you are on the right site. Do not enter your login details on a wrong or fake website.
